Description: Unity's Wellness First Program reimburses members
$50 each calendar year for taking Unity-approved health education classes, such
as a stop smoking course, at participating hospitals and clinics. To receive
your reimbursement, you must be a Unity member at least 18 years of age, select
an approved class at a participating hospital or clinic, attend at least 75% of
the classes and complete a Wellness First Reimbursement Form. Unity also
provides a Tobacco Cessation Packet which includes important information and

Description: Persons using the help of medical professionals are
usually more successful in quitting smoking. The Smoking Cessation and Prevention Clinic offers a
variety of tools to help you quit for good, including nicotine and non-nicotine

gain, and long-term social support.
